Looking ahead to 2018
2018 looks set to be another busy year. Our product development is ever continuing and as the sales team head out on the road again we look forward to continuing to work with many of you on exciting new projects.
We already have a number of exhibitions and events in the calendar which we are looking forward to attending and we will be hosting several demonstration days in the National Infrastructure Centre.
Demountable street furniture for town and city centres
The Retention Socket System can be utilised in town and city centres to assist with the preparation of events. Street furniture can be secured in sockets to allow for easy removal that will provide access for large vehicles, pedestrians to walk through otherwise restricted areas and stalls or stages to be put in place. Reinstatement of the furniture is then quickly achieved post event.
View our video and case study to see how Worcester City Centre used this system for their Victorian Christmas Market.
MULTIduct™ Case Study
Newcastle City Council installed the NAL 4-way MULTIduct™ for establishing the underground duct network on a busy bus route.
They selected MULTIduct™ as it can overcome limited depth issues due to its high crush strength removing the risk of any damage to services. There are a number of size options available from 2 way to 9 way and the supporting accessories provide a solution for any obstacles.
You can read this case study in full here.
Power Supply Spur Case Study
The NAL Power Supply Spur provides safe, temporary power for public areas making it ideal for market stalls and seasonal or one-off events. As the supply can be operated with a remote control from up to 20 metres away this removes any working at height risk making them more user friendly. Worcester City Council have a number of these installed around the high street which they use throughout the year to power market stalls but primarily for their festive lights and Victorian Market.
