NAL were proud to host their annual Charity Golf Day on May 17th, in aid of Fort Royal Primary School. Many of the pupils who attend Fort Royal have a range of special educational needs, and the school works tirelessly to provide the best possible care and education for them.
The event was a huge success, with an amazing £4216 raised on the day alone. Due to the overwhelming generosity from our sponsors and participants, work can now be completed on a purpose built sensory cabin within the school grounds, which will be ready for the children to utilise and enjoy, on their return to school in September.
“I would just like to offer my thanks for everyone’s good humour and generosity again, and also reiterate the offer to visit the school to see it all in action. This golf day has become one of our major fundraising events and is making a significant contribution, enabling us to make a difference to the lives of some very special kids.”- Ed Francis (School Headteacher)
NAL would like to thank all players and sponsors for their continued support and for making the day such an enjoyable one. We are already looking forward to the next event, and hope to see you all there!
