The Ultima Access Chamber range is manufactured from glass reinforced polyester resin. The material used is fully recyclable. Unlike the Modula range, each ring section is moulded in one piece. The Ultima Twin wall has an overall wall thickness of 55mm with vertical support ribs at 100mm centres and horizontal support ribs at 150mm centres. The vertical support ribs provide for a high degree of vertical compressive strength that resists the loads applied by vehicles that may pass over the unit when installed. The continuous horizontal rib offers a strong resistance to sidewall loads from vehicles or ground heave. The Ultima’s unique design and construction gives it the strength required to withstand in excess of 50 tonne unsupported vertical load, and sidewall loadings comparable to that of concrete. This system is ideal for all types of footway and carriageway installations. Due to the nature of the STAKKAbox™ Ultima system, it is possible to obtain a great many size Variations, however limitations occur when choosing the material type and loading class for the required cover & frame.
